Job Description

  • Receive the inbound calls and emails and ensure tickets are updated on the system.
  • Conduct technical support / proactive visit tickets for the customers’ hardware remotely and onsite.
  • Inspect the Hardware before being sent to the customers.
  • Inspect the Hardware during receiving from the customers.
  • Develop the documentation to ensure the business cycle is as per standards (Check List, service acceptance, etc.)
  • Conduct technical surveys to support in the contracts renewal.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year of experiences.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English Skills
  • Telephone Technique skills
