Job Description
- Receive the inbound calls and emails and ensure tickets are updated on the system.
- Conduct technical support / proactive visit tickets for the customers’ hardware remotely and onsite.
- Inspect the Hardware before being sent to the customers.
- Inspect the Hardware during receiving from the customers.
- Develop the documentation to ensure the business cycle is as per standards (Check List, service acceptance, etc.)
- Conduct technical surveys to support in the contracts renewal.

- Minimum 1 Year of experiences.
