Job Description
Being responsible for all technical support activities for Olympus endoscopy including :
- Install devices for different customers; when needed.
- Ensure technical delivery for the customer; when needed.
- Regular periodic maintenance for devices, machines, and systems ( warranty & service contracts )
- Train customers on running the device; when needed.
- Train and assist new hires on the existing products.
- Supervise the field service activities.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Biomedical Engineering
- Proficient English writing, verbal, and technical comprehension.
- Persuasive, initiating, and leading personality.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills
- 1-3 years of experience preferable but not necessarily same field of expertise
