Job Description
Job Purpose:
Supervise the safety, health and environmental activities inside the plant regarding the occupational safety of employees, risk management, emergency and evacuation planning, design the firefighting system, work permissions, ensure availability and proper use of PPE, following the environmental standards, safety training programs and ensure safe work environment.
Objectives:
- Ensure safety of the employees and the plant.
- Eliminate/minimize work hazards and risks (Avoid the heavy equipment’s accidents).
- Design and ensure the safety policies and procedures proper implementation.
- Match the environmental legal requirement.
- Qualifying employees to deal with work hazards and emergency situations.
- Design the HSE reports (Daily & Monthly) to demonstrate occupational HSE activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Min. 8 to 10 years of experience.
- Manufacturing, Industrial or Building Materials Experience.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate is preferred.
