Job Description
- Handle customers requests indoor (branch).
- Create customers cash orders on system.
- Handle refund, repair and replacement cases with the best scenario as per policy.
- Contact customers for following up by latest updates related to their orders/ cases.
- Work closely with Social Media Moderators team, handle what assigned.
- Handle any other task assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Shift starts 2 PM to 10 PM
Job Requirements
- 0 - 1 year experience.
- Males are more preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Customer Service/ Social Media background is a PLUS.
- Proficiency in Excel and word.
- Excellent communication skills.
