Job Description
- In depth diagnose printers problems
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
- Create CRM’s Forms and follow the work-flow cycle.
- Update CRM case.
- Keeps customer updated to their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Printer Software and Hardware diagnosis skills is preferred
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
