Responsibilities:
Social Media Pages Moderation:
- Replying to comments, messages and mentions on the different social media platforms (will be handling 3 to 6 accounts)
- Creating a database for each client with the basic info and FAQs
- Directing fans to suitable content related to their questions and inquiries (even if they don't specifically ask for it)
- Directing potential clients to the call center or registration page
- Providing fans' questions and inquiry report monthly
- Scheduling posts on the different social media pages
Content Creation:
- Generating ideas relevant to each brand
- Copy writing captions for different brands (perfect English & Arabic are a must)
- Must possess excellent research skills (must be up to date with current and upcoming events and occasions relevant to each brand)
Social Media Report Generation:
- Responsiveness in replying to fans’ inquiries and comments
- Reply attitude
- Reporting in detail with comments and insights (whenever possible or needed)
- Ability to come up with innovative ideas for the brands
- Ability to work with different brands while maintaining the brand personality and positioning of each
- Teamwork (attitude and input during brainstorming sessions)
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Fluency in written English/Arabic
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years
- Basic social media knowledge
- Great writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual
- Attentive to details
- Excellent time management skills (Respect to deadlines)
- Able to multitask
