Job Description
- Determine the times of the interviews with the Board of Directors and in accordance with the agenda.
- Organize files and documents relating to the work of the Board of Directors.
- Receive all messages, e-mail, faxes and phone calls and presented to the Board at the appropriate times.
- Attend meetings to view the agenda and take notes and results.
- Follow up the implementation of administrative decisions by communicating with all other departments.
- Submit periodic reports on the general situation of work and workers.
- Monitor the new employees to determine the extent of their effectiveness and their interaction with the work.
- Presentation of proposals as well as complaints submitted by the company's staff to the Board of Directors.
- Follow-up subscriptions clubs, newspapers, trade unions, chambers of commerce of the Board of Directors.
- Planning and booking travel tickets and hotels.
- Dealing with consulates, embassies and government agencies.
- Preparation of notes and correspondence both internal and external.
- Follow the guidance issued by the Board of Directors.
- Receipt and archiving of data and completion of the assigned work.
- Follow the maintenance of machinery and equipment located in the Offices of members of the Board of Directors.
- Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in foreign languages, especially English, giving preference to those more fluent in more than one foreign language
- Having training courses in programs related to the nature of the work
- Having professional training courses in business management
