Job Description:
An airline customer service Executive works in an airport or a call center, providing information and assistance to the flying public. In a call center, an airline customer service agent helps customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns and questions about customer loyalty programs. Face-to-face interaction occurs at airports.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, agents, airlines, by phone and emails.
- Negotiate for rates with airlines and agents.
- Dealing with overseas agents.
- Handling the documentation.
- Follow up the workflow on the system.
- Maintain the confidentiality data contained in the documents of each shipment, and verify the accuracy of their information.
- Issue invoices to the client.
- Receive customer complaints and resolve it.
- Ensure applying and maintaining accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
- Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance.
- Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 2 years of experience
- Fluent command of English
- Good communications skills
