Job Description
- To provide various administrative support in routine office work, e.g. meeting room scheduling and reservation, equipment and device maintenance;
- To be responsible for the office supplies, like purchasing drinking water, stationary, paper, tissues etc.; to record the administrative cost and assist in expense reimbursement;
- To communicate with technology park staff about the office cleaning, internet or other necessary subjects regarding to property management;
- To manage employee dormitories/apartments, communicate with landlords and arrange to payment for rental fee, electricity fee, internet fee and pay other necessary bills;
- To accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor;
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years or above working experience in admin or finance relating position;
- Bachelor degree or above, good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to speak fluently in English;
- Be familiar with all kinds of office software, eg.word, excel and etc.
- Be with knowledge of finance and accounting will be preferred. Qualification of Egypt or other well-known international certified public accountants will be a plus;
- Be with excellent team spirit, good communication skills, self-motivation and timely feedback;
- Be patient and calm, have strong sense of responsibility, quick reaction and implementation, be able to work under pressure
- Have driver license is better.
