Job Description
- Follow up with clients regarding their work in progress
- Handle the dispatching of finished products to foreign and local clients
- Track outgoing shipments till delivery to clients
- Handle customer complaints & queries
- Organize couriers & logistics
- Oversee stocks and issue inventory reports
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Business Administration or Relevant
- Sharkya/10th of Ramadan/ Obour City or Gesr el Suez area resident
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- A male candidate is a must
- A team player who is energetic and supportive
- Having the knack of dealing with people professionally
- A Keen to learn attitude
- Fluent in English
