Job Description
Compensations and Benefits Specialist is mainly responsible for handling medical insurance operations and assist in payroll :
- Respond to medical requests (approvals, refunds, family medical, lost cards reissue and medical insurance inquires), and handle the doctor on sites visit.
- On time prepare refund claim request and update in the claims database.
- Receive resignations medical card “Self & Family” and add to month deletion report.
- Distribute medical refunds and archive them.
- Follow up doctors’ onsite visit and prepare weekly attendance sheet.
- The request, send new medical insurance network and archive on the shared folder and enclose medical benefits presentation with announcement mail of updated network.
- Review invoices received from the insurance company for addition and deletion.
- Analyze and review utilizations sheet received from medical insurance company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of compensations and benefits
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
- Good command of using Microsoft office
