Job Description

Compensations and Benefits Specialist is mainly responsible for handling medical insurance operations and assist in payroll :

  • Respond to medical requests (approvals, refunds, family medical, lost cards reissue and medical insurance inquires), and handle the doctor on sites visit.
  • On time prepare refund claim request and update in the claims database.
  • Receive resignations medical card “Self & Family” and add to month deletion report.
  • Distribute medical refunds and archive them.
  • Follow up doctors’ onsite visit and prepare weekly attendance sheet.
  • The request, send new medical insurance network and archive on the shared folder and enclose medical benefits presentation with announcement mail of updated network.
  • Review invoices received from the insurance company for addition and deletion.
  • Analyze and review utilizations sheet received from medical insurance company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of compensations and benefits
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
  • Good command of using Microsoft office
