The role of our Physiotherapists in the Skilled Nursing Facility is to:

• Provide clinical care independently including physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management of the assigned patients.
• Independently formulate treatment plan in collaboration with patient/family, delivering individual physiotherapy treatment according to evidence based practice.
• Work with adult in-patients who are have stable but chronic conditions, with long-term care requirements
