Job Description
- Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
- Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
- Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is a Must.
- Experience Needed: not less than 15 years’ experience
- Experience in Furniture manufactures OR Wood field is a Must.
- Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills.
- Results and objectives oriented.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
- Experience in Managing a Furniture manufacturing plant is a Must.
