About the job:

Elzayed Steel is starting a new factory, where we need a qualified HR Executive to manage the human resources process from A to Z. You will be reporting directly to the top management, and you will be able to create and implement your own vision and process, as long as it fits the industry.

Candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Payroll
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Personnel

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements on recruitment websites, and managing the hiring process.
  • Candidate will be responsible for hiring both white and blue collars for the plant (factory).
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll process; prepare payrolls and wages and financial entitlements for employees.
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.

Work Conditions:

  • The job location is Sadat City, however there's transportation allowance.
  • Working hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM. If you live far away, you can be excused to leave early on Thursdays!
  • If you would like, we could negotiate the possibility of trading the transportation allowance with a shared-dorm room accommodation.
Job Requirements
  • BA in any field.
  • Males only, because of the factory environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in Recruitment and payroll are a MUST.
  • Highly preferably candidates who live in Alsadat City or nearby areas.
  • Ability to deal with both white and blue collars is a MUST.
  • Very high attention to details.
