Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Control the technical staff attendance status on a daily base.
- Contact Customers to confirm the visit date and time.
- Contact technical staff to review if there any daily plan update.
- Preparing the next day daily plan by coordination with all parts in CS department.
- Make a continuous follow up with the technical staff over the day to make sure that every thing is going well.
- Recording the follow up in a specific sheet, that will be used later in KPI calculation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in relevant CRM applications and call center systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to work in different working hours,
- Stress tolerance.
- 1+ all in call centers - specially machinery or industrial sectors.
