Job Description
- Receives and answers all inquiries from students or parents.
- Maintains communication via telephone, correspondences and e-mail with students or parents through the stages of admission process.
- Highlight the CIC advantages and delivers the main marketing message to inquiries.
- Helping parents & new students in filing in the application form and any other required forms.
- Entering all students collected contact information into CIC’s system to follow up with them in case if they did not submit the application by the deadline of admission.
- Receiving the official documents required of new students for admission.
- Issuing acknowledgment letter of received and missing papers.
- Informing applicants about placement exams required, dates and place of exam.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
