Job Description
- Maintain sales CRM at all times and ensure that all accurate documentations are maintained. Compile Sales Manager’s pipeline into a Country Representation pipeline and provide needed information to business unit pipeline to show estimated contract values by stage (opportunity, lead and proposal).
- Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the clients and partners to identify and document their needs.
- Ensure accuracy of the terms and conditions placed on sub-contractors to minimize risk to clients.
- Responsible for the tender evaluation process.
- Organize the preparation of the RFI/RFP response by engaging the Sales Manager and Managing Director for pricing and third-party supply agreements, the Engagement Manager for implementation and planning, the Group General Counsel for risk management and the Financial Controller for credit limits and project return
- Prepare RFI/RFP response document for approval
- Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits
- Follow up and monitor the progress of tenders to ensure response and submission of administrative files in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare materials for client presentations, demonstrations, presentations, and bid management documents.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor in IT or Engineering.
- Very Good command in English.
