Job Description
- Lead and participate in large teams.
- Support the sales force and take the lead on the technical aspects of the selling process, including developing and delivering professional product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives supporting both direct sales and reseller channels.
- Provide overall leadership on initiatives and projects.
- Make decisions for the team in alignment with regional goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct needs analysis and gather customer requirements to design and propose tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's products or solutions.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager and Business Development/Launch Manager to keep all sales documentation and collateral current and relevant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in ICT, Network, Servers, and Storage, preferably in sales.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Strong skills in data analysis and presentations software.
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell ideas at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with VMS Milestone and Genetec preferred. Familiarity with access control systems or Honeywell, and VMware ESXi is desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
