Job Description
- Arrange patient's appointments/Reminders.
- Receiving enquiries from new/current patients using phone, email, what's app, SMS and reply back in a timely manner.
- Receiving patients in reception in a well-mannered verbal and welcoming attitude.
- Inform both patients and doctors with their appointments.
- Check in and check out with incomers.
- Scan & upload documents on our system.
- Supervise office maintenance and cleaning.
- Update the financial sheet daily.
- Responsible for answering patients' inquiries during weekends. (Rotational)
- Reports to the Operations Head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is required.
- Knowledge of office management skills and procedures.
- Presentable & well dressed.
- Excellent time management skills and ability too multi-task and priorities work.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer services skills.
- Very good Command of English is a MUST.
- Proficiency in MS Package.
- Presentable, Flexible and good interpersonal skills.
- Morning Shifts.
- 2 Fixed day off.
