Job Description
Responsibilities:
- SOPs implementation/managing in collaboration with Production, Accounting & Finance and Warehousing Departments
- Monitoring with Planning and Warehousing departments minimum safety stock levels of RM & PM
- Developing new suppliers for RM, PM, Machinery & Equipment, office and stationery items/services
- Managing of suppliers relations and risk assessment
- Drafting long-term agreements/contracts with suppliers
- Creating POs, supervising their execution and closing
- Initiating and tracking payments to suppliers either locally or foreign
- Working with quality & warehousing departments on a TQM basis for receiving and evaluating items/services
- Leading all logistics operations either local, import or export
- Issuing shipping documents / Clearing import shipments
- Working hand in hand with forwarders on import & export shipments either from China, Egypt, Morocco or Lebanon facilities to across the MENA region
- Completing the export refund file
- Assuring all company documents are renewed on time (Commercial, trading, industrial and export & import documents)
- Achieve the goals & KPIs set for each segment
- Share in budget planning in assigned operations

- Suppliers payment plan
- Suppliers SWOT analysis
- Expenditures report
- Monthly rolling procurement forecast
- Import/Export tracker
- Monthly inland costs
- Multi-destination shipping freight charges
- Samples shipping cost

- Will be co-developed
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of import and export operations.
- Experience in banking and payment systems
- Incoterms awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (French is an asset)
- Analytical thinking
- High written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- High interpersonal skills
- Proper time management
- 6th of October residents preferred
Travel & Working Time:
- Travel: up to 10% of the time
- Working days: Six days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
- Working hours: 8 am – 5 pm
