Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily original content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
- Work with designers and copywriters to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Team player
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media or Public Relations.
