Job Description
The IT Sales Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle,
which includes: prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities; performing
onsite and online demonstrations; proposing and closing managed service
contracts; and the sale of other services and products.
Basic Functions:
- Handle incoming leads & establish communication over email and phone.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to fully understand their requirements.
- Prepare and execute product demo/PoC when required.
- Follow up with prospective clients for updates and keep CRM up-to-date.
- Ensure sales goals are met and deal closure ratio is maximized.
- Report sales data, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotes, pipeline, forecast, and referrals.
