Job Description
- Engaging contracts with companies and specific entities, explaining the terms of contract for pharmacies branches.
- Delivery of claims to insurance companies and contractors to the pharmacy
- Follow up the effectiveness of contracts.
- Coordination with various departments in the insurance companies.
- Follow-up of cash collections and checks from customers.
- To increase the collection rate and minimize debts.
- Follow-up unless received until the payment or collection process.
- Preparing a weekly report on the results of collection.
- ابرام التعاقدات مع الشركات والجهات المحدده ، شرح بنود التعاقد لفروع الصيدليات.
- تسليم المطالبات لشركات التامين و الجهات المتعاقدة مع الصيدلية
- متابعة فاعلية العقود.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة في شركات التامين.
- متابعة التحصيلات النقدية و الشيكات من العملاء.
- العمل على زيادة نسبة التحصيل وتقليل المديونيات لأقصى حد.
- متابعة ما لم يحصل إلى أن تتم عملية السداد أو التحصيل.
- اعداد تقرير اسبوعي بنتائج التحصيل.
Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good English.
- High Communication skills.
