Job Description
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Issue necessary sketches, drawings, amendments etc. necessary for the execution of the project
- Writes construction specifications.
- Reviews drawings and samples, and performs technical bid analyses.
- Provides technical guidance to Drafters working on the same project.
- Keeps abreast of current technologies via technical subscriptions and attendance at conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bsc in Architecture Engineering.
- From 4 to 6 years Max., Architecture department.
- Consultant (architecture, Interior design and landscape) and general contractor background.
- Familiar with computer programs (ٌRevit ,Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Microsoft office).
