Job Description
- 1st line support for end users.
- Support & train users.
- Manage & support IT hardware & software assets
- Configure , install & support MS products
- Configure , install & support Networks infrastructure.
- Follow & apply IT standards.
- Resolve system errors and problems as they occur and applying the appropriate fixes to these problems
- Use the Service desk software to track and manage IT incidents.
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience in network solutions, databases, OS, MS products, internet, communication devices, hardware and software troubleshooting.
