About the Job
  • Provide first line support for users either remotely or locally requiring assistance with IT issues and problems.
  • Resolve users’ requests regarding software/ hardware and replace defective components when necessary
  • Install new user’s PC and the relevant operating system
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain user emails or virus protection software.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the internet connection in remote areas
  • Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate support teams.
  • Install the operating systems on the servers.
  • Create all users, and the relevant policy and privacy profiles
  • Maintain the IT operation of all users “Antivirus, internet, other applications”.
