Job Description
- Developing exhibitions/events plan that is stretched throughout the year
- Identifying and approaching different entities at where we can organize exhibitions for our products
- Onsite visits to targeted entities to present the portfolio of our company in a comprehensive way
- Understanding the nature and needs of each entity
- Liaising with the brand managers to choose the suitable products for each exhibition
- Planning and supervising the organization of the exhibitions, and taking care of all the related logistics
- Ensuring that the exhibition’s setup is in a perfect condition, and that the setup and dismantling activities are done on time
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in events/exhibitions organizing
- Preferably a car owner
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Strong command of English Language
- Meticulous with an eye for details
