- Help and support all customers quires on the desk or throw the phone
- Support the customers in terms refund items and help them to find the customer target item
- Confirm that our goods return policy followed
- Handling customer complaints with daily statement to clear customer requirements.
- Maintain after sale service
- Daily change price check
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
