Job Description

Salary:
4200 ( 3000Net +400Kbis + 800Bonus)

Job Description:
Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
Advise on any information the customer may need.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to submitting the reports and documentation regarding the clients…
Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
