About the Job
  • Make Outbound calls checking customers satisfaction through quality survey
  • Assist customers who have specific inquiries.
  • Participate in activities that designed to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
  • Update OPEX system daily
  • Update existing customer information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Call Center/Customer Service Experience and Fresh graduates
  • Males and Females
  • Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English
  • Heliopolis or Nasr City Resident
