Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documentation such as name boards, visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner.
- Assign the necessary staff to meet designated passengers by monitoring the flight information screen to establish flight arrivals/departures at the airport, in order to ensure that passengers are promptly received and escorted to their hotel. Brief guests on the content of the Welcome Package and meet them at the respective luggage belt and if required, assist them with issues related to lost/damaged baggage.
- Collate and prepare details of incidents reported by clients related to service provided, ensuring accurate feedback is provided to the traffic supervisor. The information provided is essential to ensure that appropriate action can be taken by the operations department.
- Liaise with the Tours Bus Driver — Team Leader or Rent-a-car companies with regard to hotel transfer information and ensure that the guests are escorted to their respective arrangements.
- Would be required to provide services for large groups and work closely in handling VIP with extra customer service and care.
- Work as a messenger to deliver vouchers, documents to suppliers
- Liaise with different departments in handling bank deposits, paying for invoices, delivering tourist police letters etc,
- Available 24/7 on mobile.
- Any other task set by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years Representative experience in Tourism Company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fair of English language.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent with time management
