Job Description
Marketing Specialist:
- Assist in the day to day marketing activities (artwork, images & printing) as requested.
- Develop/Create design and content for marketing tasks such as (online marketing activities (Facebook & LinkedIn).
- Prepare insights and reports regarding the competitors’ activities over social media as business intelligence.
- Assist in internal communication activities to increase the team’s spirit and engagement.
- Analyze the reports from the digital communication media platforms and report them to the direct manager.
- Supporting in all the Admin work of the Marketing Department.
Human Capital Development:
- Support in creating HR development plan (soft skills).
- Coordinate with service providers to get their schedules/course fees according to budget.
- Execute HR development plan.
- Assist in conducting team members’ surveys & feedback.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in business management and/or delivery of technical services with demonstrable business development, sales, project management.
- Good Knowledge of business process & workflow.
- Practical experience of soft skills such as communication, presentation, etc.
- Marketing analysis tool
- Very good knowledge with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of designing (logos, banners)
- Training and development tools
