Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest Real Estate Developers in Egypt and seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives (Contact Center) with the following roles:
- Responsible for handling the inbound and outbound sales and non-sales calls (Mostly outbound to interested potential clients or existing clients)
- Explain new/existing projects of their interest and setting appointments with the customers in Company's branches
- Follow up on leads received through the different sales channels
- Achieving given business targets
Job Requirements
- 6 Months or more of Call Center/Customer Service/Telesales experience (Preferably in an offshore account)
- Fluent English language is a must
- University Graduate (Preferably GUC, BUE, MIU, FUE ...) but not a must
- Excellent Communication skills & Presentable
