Job Description
Enhance and optimize :
- Direct and indirect sales.
- Follow-up sales target.
- Hire and train sales team member.
- Define and implement sales plan and roadmap.
- Researching, organizing and developing new leads for potential
- Business by cold calling or knocking doors visits
- Convert cold calling leads into sales
- Attending Sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs.
- Approach/ Hunt new customers.
- Develop, build, and manage a client base.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentations and meetings with clients
Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events - Providing regular (weekly & monthly or as required) detailed activity reports.
- Building strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business
- Providing feedback and new ideas generated through the sales process
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales
- Had experience in the software industry
- Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills
- IT sales background/ Soft and Hardware Experience are preferable.
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Personable, presentable and articulate.
- Well organized with good time management skills.
- Creative and Innovative.
- Effective negotiations skills and Ability to influence.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- Has dedicated attitude and flexible personality to contribute Sales especially in reaching target.
- Confident and have convincing skills to make sales.
- Ability to work in target driven environment.
