Job Description
· Source new sales opportunities through client visits and emails campaigns.
· Build strong relationships with existing & prospective clients to create more business opportunities.
· Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
· Report on sales opportunity and project performance to Sales Manager.
· Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales & financial data.
· Accomplish targeted sales goals and achieve relevant KPI’s.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and build strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunities.
· Make outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, cold calling, social selling) to generate leads on local companies in Egypt.
· Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information.
· Generate interest and bring in successful customers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
· Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
· Collaborating inputs of client feedback and presenting them to team and management.
· Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues.
· Be committed to Achieve the monthly assigned targets.
· Report (daily-weekly- monthly) progress to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 year of relevant Sales (B2B) or Business Development experience at least in fin-tech, banking, or finance industry.
- Good English language.
- Representable, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Possess an entrepreneur mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to commence immediately/ within short notice.
- Determine and persistent to achieve daily weekly and monthly targets.
