Job Description
- Providing admin assistance to the managing director in the daily tasks including Maintaining the calendar of appointments and meetings and handling an operational task
- Maintaining an updated filing system for the company
- Translating different documents for the managing director and top management
- Handling travel arrangements and visitors visits.
- Organizing board members meetings.
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff if needed.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or any related Field.
- Min 2 years in the same position.
