Job Description
- Execute manpower planning and budgeting to have a road-map for recruitment assignments, manage the recruitment process, enhance selection tools and methods.
- Implementing performance evaluation system: This ensures that each manager is utilizing the system in the same way, manage relationship between employee and manager and record and store performance reviews.
- Assessing individual and team behavior to identify opportunities for development; creating plans for improvement that guide Organization & Talent Development’s (OTD) just-in-time and long-term solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented (employee handbook, SOPs, uniform procedures and working hours, …)
- Design, update and share SOPs of all HR processes
- Support and counsel business managers to effectively manage teams to ensure higher employee productivity
