Job Description
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems e.g. Bookkeeping, attendance taking, track recording, collecting applications, calendar management, etc.
- Organizing induction programs for new companies and startup teams and other internal events.
- Monitors events of the ecosystem and prepares a calendar for such events in coordination with the marketing team.
- Manages any indoor and outdoor activities of the VC.
- Ensures every single activity is performed in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with the VC Operations Manager.
- Makes sure the working environment (EdVentures Premises) maintains access to quality equipment.
- Responsible for direct communications with all the internal departments of Nahdet Misr in relation to operational and logistical activities in coordination with the Operations Manager and the Program Management team.
- Development of individual programs/events in cooperation with the Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Program Manager.
- Maintains operational systems and processes including internal communication, documentation and quality assurance in coordination with EdVentures team and managing these procedures in place.
- Responsible for all the VC's public and closed-community events in areas of in-house communication and coordination, procurement, and documentation and every other area related to the logistical organization of the event.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- Without or 3 Years operational and administrative experience is preferable.
Key Skills:
- Excellent English Language
- High level of communications and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with handling multi tasks.
