Job Description
- Daily follow-up with different departments.
- Assist the General Manager as requested
- Answering phone calls and transfers them when necessary and takes messages
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Prepares reports by collecting information.
Job Requirements
