Job Description

  • Daily follow-up with different departments.
  • Assist the General Manager as requested
  • Answering phone calls and transfers them when necessary and takes messages
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.

Job Requirements

  • Maximum Age is 25.
  • Females Only
  • Only graduates are eligible to apply
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • High communication skills
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus
  • Experience in call center is preference
  • V. Good computer skills (MS Office)Team Work
