Customer Care Agents for one of our international and well-known client, operating in the information and communication technology field.
- Not call center but Hosting customer Care
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Handling and solving day to day customer’s problems.
- Deal with job stress and angry customers
- Communicate with customers through Online channels (Tickets –Skype)
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Excellent in Computer skills
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum one year experience in Customer Service or sales
- Has Background in Hosting field is preferred
