Job Description
- Answer Guest's email,Facebook and twitter,what's app.
- Provided programs to researching answers for guests questions and remedy their problems.
- Contacting with shipping companies returns and cancellation requests as prompted by guest inquiry .
- Review of order on hold in a timely manner and with the provided software to militate our risk to potentially fraudulent orders.
- Work with the internal sales team to pursue key prospects.

- Exp.6 month in in call center or tele sales is prefers.
- Very good communication skills.
