Job Description
- Perform and supervise front office activities, such as greeting visitors, photocopying, faxing, processing outgoing and incoming mail, routing and screening all incoming calls, and distributing messages to appropriate dep.,
- Respond to the required explanations of the requested applicants calls in a courteous and professional manner about certification process, complaint, appeal and all information needed,
- Send, deliver and taking over the application and attached documents received from the requested applicants, efficiently and accurately,
- Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner,
- Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns and issues via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner and document all actions and responses.
- Presenting the incoming persons, letters, fax, mail or documents to the HEIACert manager(s).
- Assist the Head of HEIACert and HEIACert Administrative office to follow up the marketing plan and sending services provided of HEIACert activities to the target parties,
- Assist the HEIACert financial office about applicant’s payment status of the invoices.
- Assist the HEIACert Quality Manager to send and follow up customer satisfaction survey.
- To provide verbal and written reports as may be required by the HEIACert Manager(s).
- To be committed to and work in accordance with the HEIACert policies and procedures.
- Such other appropriate duties as may be required from the HEIACert from time to time.
Job Requirements
Experience, Knowledge
- At least Bachelor’s degree in the business administration field (commercial or business managing or equivalent).
- Qualified with experience at least (5) years related experience in customer service and sales or related functions in a plus.
