Looking for Executive Secretary Managing HR and related management tasks
Have these roles & tasks
- Responsible for managing all executive level administrative tasks that includes conference calls, meetings and arrangement of travel.
- Provide information to incoming calls and respond to internal requests on timely manner.
- Help in development of reports and presentations of executive levels.
- Responsible for developing innovative records management system for progressing executive travel related accounting documentation.
- Confidential and sensitive information is handled very carefully.
- Responsible for meeting persons, special interested customers and others
- Responsible for the monthly payroll for the company.
- Responsible for the annual salary survey and participate in the decision for the salary increase.
- Maintain and update the employee’s data in HRIS.
- Perform hiring process by coordinating job posting on different recruitment channels such as Social Media.
- Perform resumes screening and compiling, telephone interviews, and one-to-one Interviews.
- Conduct new-employee orientation and other new regulations training.
- Conduct exit interview to state the reason/s of leaving.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements; then proceed addition and cancellation procedures with the social insurance office.
- Keep employees records up-to-date by processing employee’s status changes in timely fashion.
- Maintain human resource information system records and compiles personnel situation reports from the database whenever needed.
- Process personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; then record and keep.
- Manage medical insurance accounts for all employees and perform addition, cancellation, reimbursement, and communicate with the medical insurance company’s’ agent for urgent cases and follow up service usage.

- Generate performance appraisal forms monthly, send to direct and indirect invigilators of every employee; then compile and calculate the monthly performance score.
