Job Description

  • Provide administrative services for the management team
  • Assist in events and meetings planning
  • Establish and Maintain the filing system
  • Respond to clients inquiries
  • Answers telephone and provides information/assistance or routes caller to appropriate staff member.
  • Providing support to the corporate office regarding administrative functions including purchase, lease financing of equipment’s, travel and hotel bookings, etc.
  • Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Business Administration Bachelor degree holder
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to perform Multitasks
  • Very good Experience in MS office and internet
  • English language proficiency
  • Prior Experience in Training Companies is highly desired.
