Job Description
- Provide administrative services for the management team
- Assist in events and meetings planning
- Establish and Maintain the filing system
- Respond to clients inquiries
- Answers telephone and provides information/assistance or routes caller to appropriate staff member.
- Providing support to the corporate office regarding administrative functions including purchase, lease financing of equipment’s, travel and hotel bookings, etc.
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Business Administration Bachelor degree holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Very good Experience in MS office and internet
