Job Description
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, following design or installation specifications.
- Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Follow standard help desk procedures and ISO procedures, and its updated documents.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience in providing help desk support
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Problem solving skill
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Food & beverage- Retail - Restaurants previous experience is preferable
