Job Description
- Manage the HSE team through planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Implementing & maintain and improving systems (OHSAS and ISO,…..)
- Analyzing the HSE problems and find the suitable solutions
- Troubleshooting for major non-compliances as well as product HSE issues and providing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of this issue.
- Provide support to Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Ensure all work sites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
- Completing HSE needed documents
- Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees.
- HSE complains investigation.
Job Requirements
- 6-9 years relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree in relevant major
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001
- Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Words, and Powerpoint.
- Excellent Incident Investigation skills
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills.
