Job Description
- Supervise and manage the training team to ensure the achievement of set objectives and provision of the training operations.
- Implement the annual business and marketing plans.
- Participate in setting the quarterly and yearly training plans.
- Develop and implement tactics to meet training needs such as surveys, feedback and the training request tool.
- Ensure the quality of training delivery is up to organizational standards.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including trainers/instructors, clients and coordinators, to ensure that the training activities are achieved.
- Monitor the operational activities of conducting training courses such as marketing, registration, implementation, feedback collection.
- Maintain and update the Training Catalog to make sure that the courses provided are up-to-date and to the market needs.
- Report the progress and outcomes of the training operation to the Department Manager.
- Review the training partnerships agreements periodically against agreed operational & compliance responsibilities.
