Lead our engineering team to deliver amazing features from the detailed requirements and prototypes.
Trusted adviser during customer interactions, events and through social media.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction across various form factors and devices.
Assesses market competition by comparing product to competitors' products.
Meeting new and existing clients to build business relationship.
Responsible for the management and monitoring the accounts of clients.
Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data.
Collect, analyses and respond to user’s feedback
Manage budgets and marketing strategy.
Plan new features and changes to the product.

Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer enthusiasm

Master/Bachelor degree.
MBA is preferred.
Proven Experience in Recruitment website background is a must.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
6 - 8 years of related work experience as product head in Recruitment.
Have a Product vision, objective and Strategic planning.
Motivate people, develop team members, communicate effectively with people.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, challenged by accountability, and an innovator.
Creative thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems.
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals.
