- Responsible for all company local & international purchasing
- Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers
- Purchase the highest quality at the lowest possible price and incorrect amounts.
- Search and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service
- Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and Information to determine reasonable prices.
- Keeping track of historical purchases through a database of old Purchase orders, Offers and bidding evaluations files (kept as reference for the future).
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Time management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word – Excel – outlook )
- Minimum 1 or 3 years’ experience in purchasing
